Requests and quotations
Submitting the RFQ or contact form is a request, not an order. Prices, lead times, tolerances, and scope are binding only as stated in a written quotation and a subsequent accepted purchase order.
Imagery
Process and facility imagery on this site is illustrative of manufacturing methods. It does not depict Kestrel facilities, equipment, employees, or customer parts unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
The Kestrel name, mark, and the design and content of this website are the property of Kestrel Precision Manufacturing. Customer drawings and specifications remain the property of the customer at all times.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website: no automated scraping of form endpoints, no submission of unlawful content, and no attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
Liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Contractual work is governed by the terms of the applicable quotation and purchase order.
