Q / Quality
Planned, measured, documented
Quality at Kestrel is a planning discipline: requirements are defined at quotation, verified during production, and reported at delivery, matched to what your drawing and your program actually require.

Inspection is agreed before production
Critical features, measurement methods, and sampling or 100% inspection scope are defined per part at quotation. You know what will be measured, and how, before you issue a purchase order.
- 02
The current revision is the only revision
Work is controlled against drawing revisions. When a revision changes mid-program, open work is reviewed against the new revision before further parts are made.
- 03
Documentation matches your requirements
First-article reporting, material certificates, finish certificates, and inspection reports are scoped per RFQ. State the documentation your program requires and it is quoted as an explicit line of scope.
- 04
Problems surface early
If a dimension, finish, or date is at risk, you hear it from us with options, not at the loading dock. Nonconforming work is quarantined and dispositioned with your written approval.

Q2 / Certifications & compliance
Ask us directly.
We do not publish certification badges as decoration. Certification scope, registration status, and compliance documentation are shared directly with buyers during qualification, where they can be verified rather than merely displayed.
If your program requires a specific quality standard, state it in your RFQ. Our quotation will respond with our current status and the documentation we can support, in writing.
