We do not collect drawings or files through this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and conduct any business relationship that follows. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Submissions cannot be read back through the public website. Once sent, your message is visible only to our team.
Your designs and documents
Drawings, CAD models, and other controlled documents are never transmitted through this website. Where work proceeds, files are exchanged over a secure channel, under NDA where required, and are used only to quote and produce your work.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal or contractual obligations. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted rather than buried.
